I tried to handle the claim through the other driver's insurance company, but they never returned my communications. Curt and his employees took care of everything, including getting the claim paid by the other company. The body shop they recommended was wonderful! This year, I traded in my 23-year old car and bought a new one. I talked to him beforehand to let him know about this major "life change" and he guided me on what to do. He also shared his personal cell number in case the dealer needed info. It turned out that he did need to intervene (and this was on a Saturday) and because of his quick actions on my behalf, I was able to drive my new car off the lot.
