"I have emailed Mr Sumpter numerous times about being reimburse from a service I have that I DID NOT USE. After calling his office multiple times and him and his assistant saying that they never received the emails only to finally get in touch with someone just to tell me that the claims department needs the paperwork saying what was done to my vehicle. So you tell me that the receipt isn’t good enough. State Farm Insurance has become a BIG JOKE. As soon as I found another insurance company I’m done with State Farm and their representative and agents."
